Stress is natural. However, chronic stress puts the body into a kind of "permanent state of alarm" with proven consequences for your health. The effects of this permanent stress are manifold and range from a weakened immune system, complete exhaustion (burn-out syndrome) to depressive moods and weight gain.

During the coaching sessions you learn to relax and bring your body back into a healthy resting mode using simple mind-body techniques.
